Come out of your shell

One day Jonathan said to his armor bearer, “Come on, let’s go over to where the Philistines have their outpost.” 1 Sam 14:1

There was no procrastination in Jonathan – this purely comes from sheer of faith and total trust in God. “Perhaps the Lord will help us, for nothing can hinder the Lord. He can win a battle whether he has many warriors or only a few!” (v6)

While Saul and whole troop waiting for the “right time”, “resting”, “fasting” – Jonathan and his armor bearer were already conquering. You and I ought to leave the camp “now” and go towards the enemy’s outpost trusting fully the Lord Who wins the battle anyway – whether you’re few or many in the team.

So, what you’re waiting for?

🙂 will connect tomorrow. God bless!

The power of having a leader!

Simon replied, “we worked hard all last night and didn’t catch a thing. But if you say so, I’ll let the nets down again.” (Luke 5:5)

Peter was a failure, worn out and had already came to a conclusion that he doesn’t have in him what it takes to do the job. Exact same thought that infiltrates men’s mind often. For some it is  in the area of job, for some it is family, and for some it is ministry. No matter where, we all need a leader to tell where we’re, where we can go and what we can become.

A leader is the one who always go ahead of his men, who climb on a cliff or a tree (take all effort to see what his men couldn’t see), visualize, then comes down and speak into them who they’re and what they would do! (Jesus climbed a mountain to pray every early morning, came down and did excellent service).

Jesus replied to Simon, “Don’t be afraid! From now on you’ll be fishing for people!”

Peter was beating himself that he can’t even attract fishes and catch them – but his leader saw that he ‘s meant to attract and catch men! This is all Peter needed to hear – “And as soon as they landed, they left everything and followed Jesus.” (Luke 5:11); amazing – Peter had toiled all night to catch some fish, now he just caught boat-full and simply he left it for the word Jesus spoke about Him. Peter boat: $100, Peter fish:$50, Peter calling: Priceless. There’s something money can’t buy, for everything else use …(Hey, it’s fitting to draw from mastercard commercial).

All we need to know is “the next step” – not the whole 9 yard. A leader tells you the next step when you see nothing for yourself; if you can only trust and do what your leader says – you’re in an amazing journey to the destiny.

Jesus could clearly see the tired, filthy, no hope, no future, no plan, no vision Simon as an all capable Apostle Peter.

You got to have a leader to lead you. Now matter who you’re, you’ll get tired – hear from your leader, get up and keep moving towards the destiny.

Connect to your leader, learn the next step and just do it!

Jaw Bone

Hi there!

Welcome to my blog! Thank God, after 3 months of struggle I’m finally posting my first blog.

Intially I was thinking of this blog name as “jaw bone” – hey, not inspired by bluetooth 🙂 but by Judges 15:15.

God had put just a donkey’s jaw bone into Samson’s hands and defeated 1000 Philistines. There are seasons in our lives in which you can’t demand God what you had to fight Philistines – you just had to use what you find in your hands and start smacking those Philistines! There’s no power in the donkey’s jawbone – but power is in the leading of Holy Spirit.

I’m in quite a season of life now. For me – this blog is a jaw bone! I’m going to defeat those Philistines in our lives, which would not allow us to live the abundant life in Christ Jesus.

Connect here daily to read God’s thoughts on Men’s purity, God given purpose and the vision that will lead us to the destiny!

Jesus connected to the Twelve and taught them to connect to theirs. This blog is an inspiration of my Jesus’s Vision – gave by the Father – the Vision of 12!

Welcome again – let’s connect.
