Constant Contact

Enoch lived 365 years, walking in close fellowship with God. Then one day he disappeared, because God took him. (Genesis 5:23, 24 NLT)

God created mankind so intellect, emotional and decisive to have meaningful relationship and fellowship.

This expectation was ruined when Adam sinned, developed guilt, become unwilling to repent and couldn’t face God.

After many generations Enoch for what ever reason “abnormally” fell in love with God and had a constant fellowship with Him – which thrilled God so much that He can’t let him die and lose forever. God took Enoch to be with Him permanently.

John 3:16 says, God sent His Son Jesus to us – so our sin, guilt, unwillingness to repent & reconcile (Adamic nature) be removed, and we can have constant fellowship with God and live permanently with Him!

For God loved the world in this way: He gave His One and Only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16

End of the law!

The disciples were astounded. “Then who in the world can be saved?” they asked.

Jesus looked at them intently and said, “Humanly speaking, it is impossible. But not with God. Everything is possible with God.” (Mark 10:26-27 NLT)

Until Jesus made this statement, His disciples didn’t understood that Jesus is the end of the law and there is not even a slim chance to get in apart from this Provision God made.

There is a time in everyone’s life where all our religious hopes will be shattered and then the authentic hope sets in – which will never be taken from us! This is called salvation.

Gospel of Jesus Christ is nothing but a shocking truth that we are wasting time by beating ourselves and others with man made rules and old wives’ tales instead of trusting the Way God made by the sacrifice of His own Son Jesus Christ Who died for our sins and resurrected to make us righteous.

Let’s put an end to stories and begin new life in Christ!

I know what enthusiasm they have for God, but it is misdirected zeal. For they don’t understand God’s way of making people right with himself. Refusing to accept God’s way, they cling to their own way of getting right with God by trying to keep the law. For Christ has already accomplished the purpose for which the law was given. As a result, all who believe in him are made right with God. Romans 10:2-4

Do you realize your future?

My guilt overwhelms me— it is a burden too heavy to bear… But I confess my sins; I am deeply sorry for what I have done… Come quickly to help me, O Lord my savior. (Psalms 38:4, 18, 22 NLT)

Self-realization without hope of salvation leads to all kind of superstitious and cult beliefs. This result in false humility and fake godliness, only becoming a blind leading blinds.

Repentance is the most critical element in each human being that has to exhibit when a self-realization occurs, in order to escape the foolishness of religion, cults and atheism.

The attempt of such genuine repentance opens the door of salvation – the knowledge of God, His love for us and His plan to restore our lives from all remorse.

Self-realization
Romans 3:23 For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard.

God made the way for our salvation
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.

Romans 5:8-11 But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners. And since we have been made right in God’s sight by the blood of Christ, he will certainly save us from God’s condemnation. For since our friendship with God was restored by the death of his Son while we were still his enemies, we will certainly be saved through the life of his Son. So now we can rejoice in our wonderful new relationship with God because our Lord Jesus Christ has made us friends of God.

Our right to receive the free gift
Romans 10:9-10, 13 If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved. For “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon

Sin whispers to the wicked, deep within their hearts. They have no fear of God at all. (Psalms 36:1 NLT)

Definition of wickedness in simple words – refusing to do in God’s way.

Isn’t it the problem we see everywhere! The sin in us constantly makes us to rebel against the word, will and way of God.

This is the purpose of sin: to keep us away from God until death comes (wages), which would move us permanently away from God.

Forcing ourselves to do what God wants us to do, and how He wants us to do is the only way to escape the hidden wickedness.

You will be accepted if you do what is right. But if you refuse to do what is right, then watch out! Sin is crouching at the door, eager to control you. But you must subdue it and be its master.” Genesis 4:7

Thank God for the free gift of salvation in Christ Jesus!

For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:23

Become a blessing!

“And the King (Jesus) will say, ‘I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me!’ (Matthew 25:40 NLT)

When God by His mercy kept us well, He do expect that we be mindful of people around us who are hurting, hungry and in need of supplies that are well in our power to bless them.

Even the greedy in one point of time will learn his lesson and set his records straight, but it is the stingy that will get punished and would lose the eternal life!

Are we ignoring or overlooking people that God has kept around us? These are the ones God has placed in our life, so we can become a blessing by releasing the mercy, compassion, acceptance, forgiveness along with food, water and money where needed.

Then he (Jesus) turned to his host. “When you put on a luncheon or a banquet,” he said, “don’t invite your friends, brothers, relatives, and rich neighbors. For they will invite you back, and that will be your only reward. Instead, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, and the blind. Then at the resurrection of the righteous, God will reward you for inviting those who could not repay you.” Luke 14:12-14

Escape the presage!

And many will turn away from me and betray and hate each other. (Matthew 24:10 NLT)

Disciples asked Jesus this one important question, “Tell us, when will all this happen? What sign will signal your return and the end of the world?” Matthew 24:3 – which made the Lord to tell the list of events that will take place.

Out of all the signs, every child of God has to warn oneself of Matthew 24:10 – that we are prone to be deceived and turn away from God in these last days, and would betray and start hating fellow believers for no reason or for wrong reasons!

Let’s make a careful note of this, allow His discernment, refuse to rely on feelings and ‘inner voice’, but trust in His leading, Word and do the right thing in these last days. Let God shall find us all faithful.

For the time has come for judgment, and it must begin with God’s household. 1 Peter 4:17

Looking up for the real One

“The Kingdom of Heaven is like a treasure that a man discovered hidden in a field. In his excitement, he hid it again and sold everything he owned to get enough money to buy the field. (Matthew 13:44 NLT)

The eye opening moment to see that the Kingdom of Heaven is real, is not usually a glorious prayer time or trance but would be thru’ a traumatic/shocking painful time we go thru’ in this world realizing that all we see in this kingdom of the world will come an end!

When this realization of the real awaiting glorious eternity comes in us, there is an overwhelming willingness to lay down anything we’ve in order to get into the Kingdom of Heaven – the real place awaiting for all who accept the forgiveness of God in Christ Jesus.

The longingness is not to get to that Place but to get to the Person – Christ Jesus!

For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is going to be revealed to us. Romans 8:18
