The burning burdens

I will come down and talk to you there. I will take some of the Spirit that is upon you, and I will put the Spirit upon them also. They will bear the burden of the people along with you, so you will not have to carry it alone. (Numbers 11:17 NLT)

Without a doubt delegation is a leadership skill to efficiently lead the people. But when it comes to the burden for the people – there is nothing we could do to delegate or share.

Such burden can’t be taught or trained. No words could describe the deep ache and yearning to achieve what God called and laid upon us. The burden has to come from the same Source we received from, when we were called – directly from God!

Gathering leaders before God often to intercede for the people whom we are called to lead alone will trigger this sharing and spreading of this burden!

When Lord Jesus called out the names of 12 disciples out of His many followers, it wasn’t done to give a position with a title but to appoint them with His burden!

“I’ve come to start a fire on this earth—how I wish it were blazing right now! I’ve come to change everything, turn everything rightside up—how I long for it to be finished!…” Luke 12:49 MSG

Burdens know the way!

Yes, I try to find common ground with everyone, doing everything I can to save some. I do everything to spread the Good News and share in its blessings. 1 Corinthians 9:22-23

There is a saying, “where there is a will, there is a way!”

Soul winning is not an accident or something that just happens, rather it is a genuine interest a person develops towards the lost souls and presents the Gospel precisely in the way each soul has to hear.

‘Becoming everything for everyone’ as Paul stated is only possible when we keep our motives clear to win them for Christ somehow.

An intentional life lived to win souls for Christ will keep winning souls irrespective of place, language, culture, status or circumstances.

Burdens find its ways and never gets intimidated! Burdens always wins.
